Petalite, also known as castorite, occurs as colorless to white crystals.  

 

Petalite is a rare stone that emits profound peace and joy while quieting the mind. Good therapy stone, heals emotional trauma, protects and balances, allows self-acceptance and self-love. Used by healers for anxiety and many stress related illnesses. Used by Shamans in contacting Spirit Helpers and Guardians and connects to the Angelic Realm.  Calming effect has been said to lower blood pressure.
